A wicker dog bed is my choice of the best bedding for your dog because it is warm in winter and it is cool in summer as the open weave of the wicker allows air to circulate. Really it doesn’t matter if your dog is large or if he is cute and a real pip squeak of a dog they will be both comfy.

If you watch when dogs sleep they like to curl up in a little ball the wicker bed replicates the dog position which allows the pooch to snuggle up. Just the wicker bed is just a bed frame really, to make the bed complete you will need to add a dog cushion that is chew proof and oh so comfortable. Top this off with a doggy blanket and if you are like me and as a bit of a nightly ritual I will actually tuck Muffet in, making a hood out of the covers to go over her head loosely. She likes that and waits patiently for me to put her to bed like this every night. I just wonder how she trained me to do this.
